Build your Own Package

Hourly Rates: 

• Mon-Thurs rentals are $125/hour 

• Fri-Sun rentals are $150/hour

•  4 hour minimum rental

•  All rental times include setup and cleanup time.

• $100 Basic Cleaning Fee - this covers the cost of clean up if you do not use our kitchen or dishes.

• $200 Full Cleaning Fee - this covers the cost of clean up if you use our kitchen & dishes.

• Refundable Security Deposit - $200

The Works Package - $2,700

Do you prefer to just show up and party? Then this is the package for you. Just share your vision for the perfect event, and we will do the rest. The Works package includes 4 hours of event time, decor, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and non-alcoholic drinks for up to 40 guests.

 

• Decor includes centerpieces for all tables, a gift table, an accent wall, or a balloon arch. 
• Heavy hors d'oeuvres: Grazing station or charcuterie board, and 3 appetizers.
• Water, tea, and punch 

• Set-up and Clean-up provided.

 

• Add additional guests for $20/person.

• Note: You must provide your own alcohol and games.

The Southside Loft took such good care of our event! It was so easy to book, pay and provide details. They communicated well and our event was a huge success! If you need food for your event, don’t hesitate, to do the Works package. The food was great and the staff made sure everything was set up beautifully! I would book Southside Loft again!
